During her tenure, she has spearheaded media integration, focusing on measurable customer experiences, innovation and testing of various media platforms.
Prior to consulting Ms. Bantens held several senior digital media positions at the some of the leading advertising firms, most recently at Digitas, Group Director of Strategy, where she served as the North American Social Practice lead and managed key client engagements, including American Express, Sprint, and Kraft Foods.

Adrienne Andrew is a researcher at intersection of Human-Computer Interaction and Ubiquitous Computing. She is interested in building technology to help people live better lives, which includes understanding the context of an experience. She spent years as a Research Scientist at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory, where she used context from heterogeneous media sources to interpret text. Her approach to the design and evaluation of technologies has a strong basis in understanding and incorporating psychological theories of thought, learning, motivation and behavior, and in particular how they apply to monitoring health behaviors.

Adrienne is currently a scientist at A.R.O., Inc., a Seattle-based startup. A.R.O., Inc. builds apps that can help users lead happier, healthier, and generally more amazing lives. It believes mobile apps should be positive forces for change — whether that’s changing one’s own habits or taking small steps to make the world a better place to hang out in for a while. She holds a BS in Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, an MA in Learning, Design and Technology from Stanford University, and a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Washington.
